1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of pickmyflights.com (the "Site"), operated by PickMyFlights. By accessing or using the Site, submitting a form, or calling our toll-free number as a result of visiting the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. What PickMyFlights Is — and Is Not

PickMyFlights is a flight information and referral service. We publish editorial content about popular destinations and featured travel deals to help you plan and research air travel. When you submit a flight enquiry or callback request, or call our toll-free number, you are requesting to be contacted by a live phone agent who will discuss your travel needs and, if you choose, help you complete an actual flight booking over the phone.

PickMyFlights is NOT an airline. We do not operate aircraft, own or lease flights, or set airline fares or schedules.

PickMyFlights is NOT a ticketing agent with live GDS (Global Distribution System) access through this website, and nothing on the Site connects to a live, real-time fare or inventory system. Destination pages, "featured deals," prices, dates, and availability shown on the Site are editorial, illustrative, and/or based on historical or publicly available pricing trends, provided for general informational and planning purposes only.

Nothing displayed on this Site is a binding price quote, fare guarantee, reservation, or offer capable of acceptance. No booking, ticket, fare, or itinerary is confirmed, held, or guaranteed until a PickMyFlights phone agent verbally confirms the specific fare, schedule, seat availability, and total price with you directly by phone at the time of booking, and you affirmatively agree to that booking.

We do not process payments through this website. Any payment for an actual flight booking is arranged directly with you by phone by a booking agent, through a separate secure payment process at that time.

3. Use of the Toll-Free Number

Calling our toll-free number, +1 302-541-5982, is typically free of charge for callers within the United States using a standard landline or mobile plan with included toll-free minutes. However, charges may apply depending on your carrier, calling plan, or if you are calling internationally, from a mobile phone outside a standard domestic plan, or through a service that bills toll-free numbers differently. You are responsible for any charges your carrier applies to the call.

4. Eligibility and Acceptable Use

You must be at least 18 years old to submit a form or arrange a booking through PickMyFlights. You agree not to: submit false, misleading, or fraudulent contact or travel information; use the Site or its forms to submit spam, unsolicited content, or automated/bot submissions; attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers, or related systems; scrape, copy, or republish Site content for a competing commercial service without our written permission; use the Site for any unlawful purpose.

Destination guides, "featured deals," and similar content are general travel inspiration. Airline routes, prices, schedules, and travel requirements change frequently and without notice, and we do not guarantee their accuracy, completeness, or timeliness. 6. No Warranty

THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ON IT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. 7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PICKMYFLIGHTS AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR ANY BOOKING ARRANGED THROUGH A PHONE CALL FOLLOWING YOUR USE OF THE SITE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THE SITE OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100). Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

8. Relationship to Phone Bookings

Any flight booking you complete by phone with a PickMyFlights agent may be subject to separate terms communicated to you verbally or in a follow-up confirmation (such as airline fare rules, change/cancellation policies, and payment terms). These Terms govern your use of the Site itself; they do not replace the specific terms of any booking you complete by phone.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site is owned by PickMyFlights or its licensors. You may view and print Site content for personal, non-commercial travel-planning use, but may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from it without written permission.

10. Changes to the Site or These Terms

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Site, or update these Terms, at any time, posting the updated Terms here with a new "Last updated" date.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable consumer protection law requires otherwise.
